How to request cancellation
An authorised organisation owner must submit the request through the named Toplorgical account contact. Toplorgical verifies authority, contractual notice, open invoices and regulatory or evidential retention requirements before changing access.
Export and retention
Available customer reports and evidence exports should be completed before closure. Tenant data is not silently erased: the agreed contract and DPA must define export format, access window, retention, suspension and deletion or anonymisation.
Current boundary
Automated self-service cancellation, renewal and expiry are not yet active. The assisted manual process is the only approved pilot route until those lifecycle controls pass production QA.
